[edit] Manav Bhardwaj
A tag has been placed on Manav Bhardwaj, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable (see the guidelines for notability here). If you can indicate why the subject of this article is notable, you may contest the tagging. To do this, please write {{hangon}}
on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself.
Please read the criteria for speedy deletion (specifically, articles #7) and our general biography criteria. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. -- Omicronpersei8 (talk) 10:10, 16 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Manav
It is felt that the article you created at Manav is not suitable for a Wikipedia article, which must have a notable subject and be verifiable. I have moved it to User:Manavbhardwaj, which is where users are free to write about themselves. You are at liberty to move it back into the (Main) namespace but bear in mind that if you do so, it is likely to be nominated for deletion.
Note, however, that the purpose of a user page is to enable active editors of Wikipedia to introduce themselves to other editors. Wikipedia is not a general hosting service, so your user page is not a personal homepage. Content unrelated to Wikipedia or its editing is likely to be removed.
Please see the user page guidelines, especially this section for more information.
Let's explain this very clearly. Articles should be written on Notable people. You are not a Notable person. Do not create this article again. Fan-1967 21:11, 16 November 2006 (UTC)

Wikipedia articles should cite Reliable Sources. Unless you are a published expert on the subject, do not put your own name as an authority in articles. Fan-1967 21:16, 16 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Proposed deletion of Electronics Engineering Services
A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Electronics Engineering Services, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Electronic engineering. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. Oli Filth(talk) 11:30, 12 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Changing the votes of others in an AfD
You cannot edit and change the recorded votes of others in an AfD, such as you did in Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Electronics Engineering Services when you edited the vote of Smerdis of Tlön and changed his vote from Delete to Keep, as shown in this diff[1]. This is a form of vandalism that is inexcusable for someone who has been on Wikipedia since 2006, such as you. If you have something to say, you can present your arguments in an AfD and try to convince other people to change their votes. If you convince them, they will change their votes themselves.
