[edit] Suburbs?

--MrBula: While I admit "Neighboring Communities" isn't the best term, it's better than "Sububrbs". Calling Two Rivers a suburb of Manitowoc is like calling St. Paul a suburb of Minneapolis.

Technically speaking (i.e., if you read suburb), Two Rivers fills a lot of "suburb" criteria...and the comparison to St. Paul/Mpls. is a bit more than a bit of a stretch... That said, when I made the template and included trivers as a suburb, it was by analogy to the other templates for metro areas...by which Chippewa Falls and Altoona are included as "suburbs" of Eau Claire, all the Fox Cities are "suburbs" of Appleton, Waukesha is a "suburb" of Milwaukee, and Kenosha is even a "suburb" of Chicago...
