The article is very unclear if it is talking about the company, or the software. It's also unclear, if the company still exists (probably not), etc. --S.K. 14:27, 14 September 2007 (UTC)

Manugistics was acquired by JDA_Software on July 5, 2006. The name is still used in product branding. See corporate website for press releases, etc. --Trey 01:13, 7 November 2007 (UTC)
