There isn't a need for that when one can just link Inner Plane and Outer Plane or even Plane_(Dungeons_&_Dragons).
[edit] AD&D vs 3.0/3.5
In Second Edition, the Etheral Plane was the connecting plane between the Inner and the Prime Material Planes. In 3.0/3.5, the Astral connects the Prime to both the Inner and Outer, with the Etheral Plane just mirroring the Prime. Should a note of this be added to the entry to clarify the difference?
