[edit] Hackney/Haringey

I changed the text today to reflect the correct situation with regard to the tube station. It is located on the Haringey side of Green Lanes. I can't find a direct reference to the location of the station - but I can supply two nugatory ones LBH press release 12 Feb 2007 and theLonder June 2006.

I hope that meets the referencing criteria. Kbthompson 13:35, 14 April 2007 (UTC)

Three out of four station Manor House entrances are within the borough of Hackney, as is the official address of the station. See here: http://www.map.hackney.gov.uk/gismapgallery/Maps/Tom%20Duane%20Maps/Places%20of%20Worship/Places%20of%20Worship.pdf The address is: London Underground Ltd, Manor House Station, Green Lanes, LONDON, N4 1BX.

The boundary runs down the centre of the road, I reverted the article, as the next sentence stated that it was on the boundary with Hackney. The station itself is constructed underneath the park. There's one exit marked on that map, near (40). Cheers Kbthompson 14:05, 25 September 2007 (UTC)
I came across the Ordnance Survey Election Maps (http://www.election-maps.co.uk/formFrame.htm) that show London borough boundaries among other things. It places the Haringey/Hackney border on the Western side of Green Lanes and Seven Sisters. It is hard for me to tell whether the station platforms lie underneath the park or not, but I can see how that could be the case considering the line must somehow 'cut the corner' between Seven Sisters Rd and Green Lns. I'd still like to see a source on it, if possible. In the end it depends on whether you look at the platforms (very likely to be in Haringey), the substation (Hackney) or the address (Hackney) as the deterring factor. Cheers. :) sweek (talk) 07:44, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
