[edit] Promotion of Alishafans.com

I've removed the link in the body of the article when it mentions she was the one who happened to sing the song played during a montage in the film (paraphrasing). It seemed unnecessary to blatantly add a link to this site directly after it, since it seemed like shameless self-promotion.

I'm all for providing a reference link if absolutely necessary, but just sticking it in haphazardly to drawn in hits to the site is slightly ridiculous. If someone can figure out a way to work it in appropriately to conform with the content of the article, then by all means feel free to add it back in. 71.156.89.108 03:08, 21 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] It IS a remake of "One Touch of Venus"

It was just never acknowledged as such. It's a ripoff. Just like "Splash" was a ripoff of another obscure film from 1948, "Mr. Peabody and the Mermaid."

What is your proof that this is NOT a remake of "One Touch of Venus"? Very strange for the entry to state that, but that's wikipedia for you. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.215.231.170 (talk) 02:42, 3 September 2007 (UTC)
