Philippine photographer Anton Sheker filed on June 5, 2008, a landmark copyright infringement [1] lawsuit (Civil Case no. 08-436) against Manila Bulletin (Ivy Liza Mendoza, Rachel C. Barawid and Editor-in-chief Cris Icban).
