I am presently updating this page right now, H.R.H. Prince Mangkra Souvannaphouma of Laos is promoting Human Rights for his people in Laos. He has been involved for over 30 years of politics with his country and presently lives in Exile. You can do a google or Yahoo seach on his name to see the references.

He is presently living in Exile in France and most of the documents are in french I am trying to translate myself. If someone can help this will broaden the scope of his biography would be appreciated.

The words human rights, freedom of speech were taken and only show the neutral points of the biography of the organization, improving relations with the governments such as social and charitable programs and improving relations with the government, so that it will be neutral and acceptable to Wikipedia guidlinesTran Van Ba 22:37, 14 Sep 2004 (UTC)
