[edit] Manfrotto owns Bogen?

I read the company profile pages on both Manfrotto's site and Bogen's site and neither says that Bogen is owned by Manfrotto, as this article alleges. My understanding is that Bogen is the exclusive distributor of Manfrotto's products in the US, but I see no evidence of any other relationship. --rogerd 22:23, 18 February 2007 (UTC)

Vitec owns Bogen AND Manfrotto (and Kata, and Gitzo, etc.) Bogen Imaging is the US distributor for Vitec's lines. 198.77.206.228 (talk) 19:23, 20 November 2007 (UTC)
