Talk:Manasa

[edit] ...What?
I'd proof this but I have no idea what it means: "Vasuki accepted Manasa as his sister and granted her the charge of the poison that emerged when King Prithu milked the Earth as a cow." Prithu's page says he milked a cow, but this sentence makes it sound like he milked the Earth. Also, was the milk the poison? Whoever knows, please fix it in the article. - quote from Prithu : "Once, the earth Prithvi swallowed all vegetation and thus, there was no food for humankind. So, Prithu milked Prithvi, who had assumed the form of a cow and adopted her as his daughter."
- Poison was one of the many things like vegetation etc. that emerged in that milking.--Redtigerxyz (talk) 13:59, 10 May 2008 (UTC)
