Manuel Rosas

Manuel Rosas Sánchez (1912-1989[1])- was a Mexican footballer who participated in the 1930 FIFA World Cup. He was the first player in the history of FIFA World Cup who scored the goal from the penalty kick (the game versus Argentina)[2]. His brother was Felipe Rosas[3] . Both were the players CF Atlante during this tournament.
