Manuel Diquez is a Venezuelan musician, singer, producer, songwriter. Started his career in 1994 with his first solo album "Entre tu cuerpo y el mio" which presented him as a songwriter and singer. He was a musician for Franco de Vita from 1999 until 2007, recording the de Vita's albums "Stop", "Segundas partes" and the new dvd "Mil y una historias", playing electric guitar and background vocals, around most of the countries of North, central and south america. In 1998 he participated as well as an actor in the soap opera "Hoy te vi" transmitted by RCTV in many countries like Venezuela, Mexico and Spain, where he played himself. He participated in the soundtrack of the soap opera as a special guest, the name of the album was "maximo NIvel" by Sonografica.

Manuel released a second solo album with LatinWorld named "Bikinis y Tacones" in 2004, with two hits "Cada dia mas loco" y "me vas a hacer falta". His songs have been used for others artists like Aditus and the singer from Operacion Triunfo Jorge Gonzalez. In the year of 2008 he released a new album with his new band "UltraChic", where he and Luis Barrios Golding are the main composers and leaders
