Manuel Cardoni (born September 22, 1972) is a Luxembourgian football player. A midfielder, Cardoni played for US Rumelange, Bayer Leverkusen (one substitute appearance), and Jeunesse Esch. He won 69 caps and scored five goals for the Luxembourg national team, which he captained.
Cardoni won the Luxembourgian Footballer of the Year award four times (1995, 1996, 1999, 2000). He now serves as an ambassador for the Special Olympics and as player/coach of US Rumelange.
