Manuel Beltrán Martinez (born 28 May 1971 in Jaen) is a professional road bicycle racer from Spain. He currently rides for the Liquigas team on the UCI ProTour. Beltrán won his first professional race at the 1997 Giro d'Italia, winning stage 19. His finishes in the Tour de France are somewhat misleading as he was a lieutenant for his team leader. He was the team leader for numerous Vuelta a España rides and performed well.
