Mantralayam or Mantralaya in Kannada is a town in Kurnool district in Andhra Pradesh, India. It lies on the banks of the Tungabhadra river. This town is noted for the presence of the Samadhi of Guru Raghavendra Swami, a Madhwa saint and follower of Sri Madhwacharya.The original name for the place was Maanchale, has been sanskritised into Mantralaya. The nearest railway station is Mantralayam Road which is ten kilometres from Mantralaya. The station is on the Raichur - Bangalore railway route. Thousands of pilgrims visit Mantralaya every year. There are frequent bus services from Raichur and Bellary both in Karnataka.Lakhs of devotees come here to have a glimpse of the Brindavana or Vrindavana every year. Another way to reach mantralaya is through Kurnool. It is around 100 Kilometre from Kurnool.

The Mantralaya town is very peaceful and nice. There is guesthouse built by the mutt. Rooms are available from Rs.150 onwards. A spacious suite with an attached dining room can be had for Rs.650.Its air-conditioned. There are many lodging facilities available apart from choultry run by Raghavendra matha.
