Mantidactylus bertini is a species of frog in the Mantellidae family. It is endemic to Madagascar. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, rivers, and rocky areas. It is threatened by habitat loss.
