Mansueto "Onyok" Velasco (born June 26, 1972) is a Filipino boxer from Bago City, Negros Occidental. He competed in the Men's 48 kg (light-flyweight) category at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, and took home the silver medal, the Philippines' only medal of the games. He is the twin brother of Roel Velasco, winner of the Olympic bronze in the 1992 Summer Olympics, who is also a light-flyweight. Before this, he was one of the three Filipino boxers who clinched gold medals in the 1994 Asian Games held in Hiroshima, Japan.

He later had an unsuccessful career as a comedian, appearing in several ABS-CBN sitcoms.
Onyok Velasco appeared on Several TV shows in tandem with famous celebrities such as Bong Revilla, Richard Gomez, and Inna Raymundo.
