Mansour Albalawi

Mansour Bin Hamdan Al-balawi (Arabic: منصور بن حمدان البلوي) , was the Chairman of Saudi Arabian sport club Al-Ittihad,Which based in Jeddah.
He was suspended in november 2007 due the Mohamed Kallon's scandal
