Mansion Builder is an album by 2nd Chapter of Acts, recorded in their home studio in 1977 and released in 1978. It was their first album after moving from Myrrh Records to Sparrow Records. It was later re-released under the Live Oak Records label. Buck Herring was the engineer and producer, with Michael Omartian responsible for string and horn arrangements.

The album features a band called David. Guest musicians on selected tracks include Abraham Laboriel (bass), Bill Maxwell (drums), Jay Graydon (guitar) and Michael Omartian (arpvark (slang for an ARP synthesizer), piano, additional percussion and tonal instruments). Omartian also arranged and conducted the string sessions for the project.
