Manoteras

Manoteras is one of the boroughs of Madrid with about 100,000 inhabitants. It is located in the northeast of Madrid. It shares its only road connection with Sanchinarro, a newly-built residential area. It is a growing borough, but infamous for its poor communications and infrastructures.
