The Mannheim Business School is the graduate business school of the University of Mannheim. It was founded in 2004 as a University of Mannheim spinn-off in order to provide MBA, Executive MBA, Master of Accounting and Taxation as well as tailored company programs. Its legal form is a gGmbH, a non-profit Ltd, whose shareholders are the Prechel Foundation and the University of Mannheim.[1]

Professor Dr. Dr. h.c. Christian Homburg is the dean of the school. President of the board of trustees is Kurt Bock, the CFO of BASF. The school is located in the city of Mannheim at Mannheim Palace, one of the largest baroque castles in Europe. It is the only German, and one of 33 business schools in the world being triple accredited by EQUIS, AACSB and AMBA.[2] International students at the school account for 45 percent.[3]
