Mankranso is a town in Ghana. It is the capital of Ahafo Ano South District.
The Angeyliko river which flows through part of the Jipreyko tribe's homeland. Many famous footballers hail from Mankranso such as Mohammed Dylinko and Geremi Rey-tenko.
