Manitoba Hydro Tower is an office tower currently under construction in downtown Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, located at 360 Portage Avenue. When completed, at a projected budget of $278 million CAD, it will be the 4th tallest building in the city at 112.5 meters to the top of solar chimney with a total of 22 mechanical floors and podium which ranges from two to three stories. It will serve as Manitoba Hydro new main headquarters.

When complete, the building will be one of the most energy-efficient building of its size in North America, consuming 60% less energy than the national building code requirements.

The building was designed by Kuwabara Payne McKenna Blumberg Architects of Toronto.
