Maninder Singh Bisla (born December 27, 1984 in Hisar, Haryana), is an Indian cricketer. He is a wicket-keeper and right-handed batsman and usually opens the batting for his team. Bisla was the stand-in captain of the U-19 test team during their tour to England in 2002 season. The match ended in a draw.

Maninder Singh Bisla made his debut in Ranji Trophy domestic cricket in the subsequent cricket season (2002/3) for his home state - Haryana. He moved to Himachal Pradesh in 2003/04 season as Ratra is part of the Haryana team and currently represents the HP in Indian domestic cricket.
