Manila Headline is a published fortnightly by Manila Headline, Inc. with an office located in Southwest Houston Texas. Manila Headline has been established 18 years ago by Owner and Publisher Ric Ilanga. Eric Ilanga takes over as the new Associate Publisher & President, along with Editor-In-Chief Jimmy Viray. Manila Headline is established and circulated in the state of Texas. Also, it is distributed around the whole nation. Large Businesses advertise all over from the Philippines to New York and all over. Manila Headline is the only Filipino Newspaper to be distributed around Texas. It circulates around 10,000 copies to different asian community stores. It is being recognized as a main source of information for all Filipinos living in the Texas Area.
