Manhattan Piano Trio, an American chamber music group, is the Grand Prize Winner of the 2006 Plowman National Chamber Music Competition.[1] The group also won the 2007 Yellow Springs Chamber Music Competition and were runners up at the 2006 Chesapeake International Chamber Music Competition. Formed in 2004, they have ever since given over 200 performances at many prestigious venues spanning 25 US states. Individually, the trio members are all award-winning soloists in their own right and have performed at many leading concert halls in the world.
The Manhattan Piano Trio is mentored by Joseph Kalichstein and Lewis Kaplan.
