Mangin mirror

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In optics, a Mangin mirror is a combined lens-mirror (catadioptric) system, consisting of a concave lens with a reflective rear side. Mangin mirrors are used in illumination optics and in some telescope designs, notably the Klevtsov-Cassegrain and Argunov-Cassegrain telescopes.
