Manea, Cambridgeshire

Manea, pronounced [meɪniː], is a village in Cambridgeshire, England. It is an expanding village in the Cambridgeshire Fens. Notable features are Manea railway station, the Ouse Washes Nature Reserve,[1] churches and views over the Fens. In the seventeenth century Manea was one of the sites where Charles I was planning to build a new town, to be called Charlemont.[2]
