Mandy Webster is a fictional recurring character from CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. She first appeared in the season one episode "Anonymous". Her quick tongue and witty comments often serve as comic relief throughout the series. Mandy Webster made CSI Nick Stokes serenade her with the song "Mandy" for his results in the seventh season episode "Happenstance". In the seventh season episode Lab Rats, Mandy mocked fellow lab tech David Hodges' hush-hush attempt to gather lab techs together to investigate The Miniature Killer with an imitation of Miss Moneypenny from the James Bond films. Hodges gives her the nickname "Miss Mockery."
Mandy's comments about her love life are also used as comic relief. In the seventh season episode "Leapin' Lizards" she wistfully recalls one ex-boyfriend's powerful thighs. In Lab Rats Mandy comments to fellow lab tech Henry that she tried on another woman's engagement ring, but it didn't look right "on my little ten-ies. Will I ever marry?" Henry then jokes that he will marry her, but warns her that he is popular with his grandmother's "shuffleboard set" in Boca Raton, Florida. "Rock on," Mandy replies. "I can do an open marriage."
