Mandy Stadtmiller (born 1975) is a writer for the New York Post and a comedian. In October 2007 she became a semi-finalist in the search for New York's Funniest Stand-Up, a contest run by the New York Comedy Festival. According to her blog, XM comedian Jim Norton once said of her work, "I first heard Mandy on a radio show before I had any idea who she was. But she made me laugh. And I mean really laugh. Her writing is caustic and funny and her standup is the same." In July 2007 she started a first-person dating column for the New York Post, "About Last Night," which has been a frequent point of discussion on the Manhattan gossip blog Gawker. In 2006, she won first place in New York's Funniest Reporter contest in the New York City Underground Comedy Festival, which banned performer Andy Dick after he bit her on the hand when she interviewed him after the Comedy Central Roast of William Shatner. In 2005, her blog was named one of the Top 10 sites by Gapersblock.com. She is 6'2" tall (185 cm).
