Mandy Clark (born June 9, 1982) is an American voice actress, primarily noted for her role as Tomo Takino in the English-language dub of Azumanga Daioh. She auditioned for ADV Films in the year 2000 without prior drama training, and landed her first episode role in Excel Saga. She went on hiatus from voice acting in 2004 in order to begin attending college. In early 2006 she returned to Houston to transfer.

She enjoys drawing (comic book and manga style), webdesign, and writing. Her teenaged sister, Victoria, also a gifted artist, makes anime-themed hats and sells them at Texas conventions. Her father Larry is an accomplished lead guitar player and is an avid, but unpublished, writer; he is married to a talented South African journalist. They live in Northeast Texas, where she sometimes travels to visit them.

Mandy recently began designing virtual clothing for a beta chat client called IMVU. She utilizes the skills she learned from digital painting in Photoshop to create texture maps for 3D modeling. As her designs grow in popularity, she hopes also to return to ADV Films on a permanent basis.
