Marta Katarzyna Wiktoria Wiśniewska (a.k.a. Mandaryna, born 12 March 1978) is a Polish dance singer and actress. She was born in Łódź as Marta Mandrykiewicz, the daughter of Wiesława and Roman Mandrykiewicz. Marta has a younger sister, Małgorzata.
In 2003 she played the role of Katarzyna Sarnecka in the TV-series Na Wspólnej. In 2004 she had a hit with the song "Here I Go Again", a cover version of a Whitesnake song, this time produced by Groove Coverage.
In 2005, however, her singing career was damaged with the release of a recording of her singing without the help of recorded playback. The identity of the person who released the recording is unknown. The event was soon followed by Mandaryna and Wisniewski's separation. She attempted to re-establish her singing ability at the Sopot Festival in 2005 (coming in 2nd). Currently she is working on her third album "Heaven", and has performed two new songs ("Just Because of You" and "Stay Together") as well as a Varius Manx cover, "Zanim Zrozumiesz", at the Top Trendy Music Festival.
Mandaryna was married to Michał Wiśniewski, the lead singer of the Polish pop group Ich Troje. In fact, Marta was the reason of Wiśniewski's separation with Magda Femme. She has two children with Michał, Xavier Michał (born 24 June 2002) and Fabienne Marta (born 21 August 2003), both born in Warsaw. The couple divorced in 2006 causing outrage in Polish public, since Michał left Marta with little support to raise their children. Now she is engaged to a Polish businessman Michał Szatkowski.
Mandaryna's song "Ev'ry Night" was heavily played in Edinburgh's gay disco pub "Destination" in 2006.
She posed nude for the Polish edition of Playboy Magazine. In September 2005, she posed for CKM Magazine [1].

[edit] Mandaryna Dance Studio
11th of September 2007 Mandaryna opened her first dance school in Mińsk Mazowiecki. Now she has 5 dance schools in all Poland. On Mandaryna Dance Studio Winter Camp 2008 youth from Mandaryna's dance school recorded promoting of dance school single - "Tańcz". Which means "Dance".

In Summer 2006 Mandaryna had her own dance show called "Let's Dance - Zrobie dla was wszystko" which means "Let's Dance - I will do anything for You" on Polish television, Polsat, on which she taught celebrities and ordinary people how to dance. Show had small caution. It has observed first episode 1,2 million of spectator, second episode observed 1,4 million of spectator.

Mandaryna also had an own tea. It called "Mandaryna - herbatka odchudzając" which means "Mandaryna - fitness tea". Tea was commercial success in Poland initially, but after defeat on Sopot Festival 2005, less people begin buying tea. Contract has expired in 2007 year with Mandaryna and Mandaryna Tea stopped produced.
