Manchester Futsal Club was formed in March 2006. The team regularly compete in the Manchester F.A. Futsal League. They are also taking part in the newly created FA Futsal League.
It was the first futsal club to receive the FA's Charter Standard in England.[1] As well as playing in the Manchester League the club also conducts futsal coaching sessions in schools and the local community.
The first team squad is full of players of various nationalities as many of the players are recruited from Manchester's student community.
