The Manaus Brazil Temple is a planned temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, to be constructed in Manaus, Amazonas, Brazil. The announcement of the temple came on May 23, 2007.[1][2]
The Manaus Temple will be the sixth temple in Brazil, the first in the north region of the country, and will receive patrons who currently travel long distances to attend the Caracas Venezuela Temple.[1]
