- The CD also came with a DVD, as did Mutant Vol. 2. This DVD contains footage of Twiztid performing at the 2004 Gathering of the Juggalos and an interview of Twiztid's discography by Twiztid.
- The Introduction's first dialog after the NC-17 skit contains a recreated newsreal dubbed and remixed from a news report played in the background at a shop in a scene from the fifth episode of the American version of Cowboy Bebop. The version on the Twiztid album leaves out references to Israeli troops.
