I, Sega381 03:51, 8 October 2006 (UTC), feel that this image is appropriate to be used in this article under fair use because:

1. It is a low resolution screenshot of a game;
2. It does not limit the game's copyright owner (Apogee Software) to sell the game in any way;
3. The screenshot itself is not part of the game;
4. The screenshot is significant as it illustrates the character himself, and it helps to show how he looks like;
5. It is the only screenshot shown in the page
