This is a low resolution, electronic version of the official poster for the Brazilian-produced HBO original series "Mandrake". As such, this image was used as promotional material for the series at the time of its original production and distribution (matching the date of original upload). It is currently being used in the relevant article on the series to illustrate the subject matter. As such, it is believed that it fits the criteria for use under the Fair Use provision, as outlined in the templates below.
