Talk:Malibu Grand Prix

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

[edit] they changed their name recently, past year?

At least a year ago, they changed their name to Tampa Bay Grand Prix. This was probably an effort to confuse people with another company with an extremely similar name in St. Petersburg, FL. www.tampabaygp.com who has REAL racing go-karts and non of the other junk.

[edit] Article's Houston claims appear incorrect.

According to this (and even this), there is no mention that all three were employees. In fact, it directly disputes what the Wikipedia article claims by saying there was only one former employee, but they stabbed three (or four) other employees. Also, I cannot find a reputable reference saying that the Prix closure was related to the murders, though that certainly may be the case. It still is conjecture without a statement of proof. Does anyone disagree? MagnoliaSouth (talk) 08:26, 24 February 2008 (UTC)
