Malabon City, Philippines, is one of the most flood prone area in the said country. When raining water from Manila City flows down to Malabon that cause flood, also when the city experiences high tide for they are somewhat coastal area, the water rises up to the extreme of the bridges. Even without rain they do suffer from flood. But the local government of Malabon is making their action so at least minimize the effect or even eliminate the problem, Desilting is their first priority..
