The design was chosen by a jury in an international competition, featuring amongst others, renowned Austrian architects Coop Himmelb(l)au. When build, the skyscraper will reach a height of 180 meters (proposed height of 216), covering 53 stories, making it the 2nd highest building in Scandinavia, after Santiago Calatravas famous Turning Torso building, also located in the city of Malmö. The tower is center piece of a proposed complex featuring 50.000 m² of apartments, offices, shopping space, leisure activities and a train station.

Among the details projected for the tower, is a sky-bar on the top floor, hanging gardens on three different levels, an indoor tropical garden, and a colonnade with cafés and shops along the base of the building.
