Malla Reddy Engineering College (MREC) is the parent college of the Malla Reddy Group Of Institutions, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. Its alumni can avail various professional courses, primarily engineering streams, provided by the institution to mould themselves. The institute was established in 2002 and is approved by the AICTE New Delhi and is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (J.N.T.U.), Hyderabad.
MREC is one of the few colleges in Andhra Pradesh offering Bio-Technology at the undergraduate level.

The IEEE-MREC-Student branch was established in the academic year 2007, It has Dr. N.S. Rao, the founder of the MREC IEEE Student Branch, on the chair.

MREC is associated with the Indian Society For Technical Education. It hosts the most active ISTE Students' Chapter in Andhra Pradesh. The student chapter has been awarded the best in Andhra Pradesh on more than one occasion.
