The city is relatively dry from November to April and wet during the rest of the year. Barrio Malitlit is situated at Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Region IV-A (CALABARZON), Philippines. Its geographical coordinates are 14° 16' 2" North, and 121° 6' 41" East.

• Dita - Malitlit Road - A Primary Road from the Old National Highway which links Barrio Dita on your way to Barrio Malitlit proper.
• San Lorenzo South Avenue - The road that links Barrio Balibago to Barrio Malitlit. A shortcut road to Terra Fortuna, San Lorenzo South Subdivision, Enchanted Kingdom, and Walter Mart.
• Eton City Road - The road that links Barrio Don Jose to Barrio Malitlit. A shortcut road to Eton City, Laguna Bel Air, South Forbes Golf City, Santa Rosa Estates, Ayala Westgrove Heights, Paseo de Santa Rosa and to Tagaytay City.
• South Luzon Expressway - An expressway which connects the Metro to the provinces of CALABARZON via KM 42 ABI / Greenfield Exit.
