Malini can mean:-
- Malini or Mālinī (Sanskrit: मालिनी) was the name of river that was flowing in the forest where the ashrama of Kanva rishi was situated and Dushyanta fell in love with Shakuntala. Literally, a woman who makes garlands. The Hindu goddess Kali has "munda-malini" or "a woman who makes garlands of skulls" as one of her many names.
- On some South Pacific islands, a malini is a half-caste child born to a native woman fathered by a USA serviceman. In this use the word is an adaptation of "Marine" into the native language.
- The word "Malini" sometimes is part of someone's name.
- Mălini is a commune in Suceava County, Romania.
