Malcolm Norman Bow

Malcolm Norman Bow is a former Canadian diplomat. He was Chargé d'affairs a.i. to Spain followed by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Cuba and Haiti.
