Malatarlak Festival

Malatarlak Festival is an annual celebration held in Tarlac City, Philippines.

The word 'Malatarlak' came from a breed of grass named 'Malatarlak'. The event was made possible by Mayor Genaro 'Aro' Mendoza. The celebration consists of different competition, parades, concerts, beauty pageant, and street dancing.
