IPs are almost never blocked indefinitely, particularly because of the concern that someone else might begin using that IP later, who might be a good editor. The IP's most recent block has expired, however, so I'll make sure to watch it, and block it for several months if it vandalizes again. Academic Challenger (talk) 20:22, 16 May 2008 (UTC)
