I have just begun this article and will add more detailed references, photos etc. over the next few days and wikify the layout. The work is largely derived from my own research in the area and from my book on the Kruger National Park.

[edit] Copyright

Much of this article appears to be copied from ref 2, by Lee R Berger, possibly the same as Profberger who has authored much of this page. I will post this at Wikipedia:Copyright problems so that a formal copyright statement can be obtained. Espresso Addict 00:09, 2 August 2007 (UTC)

I have fixed this. If you click on the link to the article you will see that I have added the neccessary license.

[edit] Google Earth Placemark

The placemark on Google Earth that links to this article is directly over Pafuri Rivercamp, land under the control of the Venda Chief Mutele. Whilst originally claimed by the Makuleke, this section together with the land north of the Mutale river in Makuya park remain under Mutele. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 41.242.227.244 (talk) 12:15, 30 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Region

The Makuleke Region and Pafuri Triangle seem to be greatly overlapping. So I rephrased the introductory paragraph somewhat, and added redirects between the two. Some clarity or attention to the detailed differences between the two may be helpful.
