Maksim Yorevich Romaschenko (Russian: Макси́м Ю́рьевич Рома́щенко) (born 31 July 1976) is a Belarusian footballer. He plays in midfield for Turkish team Bursaspor and is the record goalscorer for the Belarus national side with 20 goals.

He also played for FC Dnepr Mahilyow, Poligraphtekhnika Olexandria, FC Belshyna Babruisk, FC MPKC, Gaziantepspor, Trabzonspor and Dynamo Moscow and Torpedo Moscow.
