Makasar is a subdistrict (kecamatan) of East Jakarta, Indonesia. It has an area of 21.64 km² and population of 157,261 (2000).

The subdistrict is divided into 5 administrative villages (kelurahan): Makasar, Pinang Ranti, Halim Perdanakusuma, Cipinang Melayu, and Kebon Pala.
