[edit] Requesting your help for article improvement
Hello...
I found your name in the article history as one of the editors for the James Brown article. Because of your interest in this artist, I'm writing to ask for your help with improving the article, which was nominated as a candidate for the Article Collaboration and Improvement Drive. The goal for this drive is to improve the article to featured status in time for the first anniversary of James Brown's death on December 25, 2007.
If you're interested and want to have your vote count in this effort, please visit Article Creation and Improvement Drive page for the James Brown article by August 27. A link to this page has also been provided on the James Brown talk page. At this time, although four votes have been recorded for improving the article, at least four votes are needed to promote the project. (The original request was for four votes, which has since been increased to a minimum of 8 votes.) You can get an idea of the improvements needed for the article by visiting the James Brown talk page to view the To-do list for the article that's located just below the Article Creation and Improvement Drive panel near the beginning of the page.
Many thanks for your help. →Lwalt ♦ talk 11:12, 16 August 2007 (UTC)

Go back to the link for the Article Creation and Improvement Drive page for the James Brown article.On the line below {{1a_James Brown}}, look for the word votes and change the number to the next one in line.

Also, so that the number of names on the list appears in sequence (right now, your name is numbered as 1 and it needs to be the next number on the list), you'll need to delete the semicolon character that's right above your name (looks like ;) so that the number of names on the list will increase correctly, and then type the semicolon on the line below your name before the word Comments so that it appears as ;Comments.
[edit] citation
hi there i noticed your edits on the michael jackson page about his resent photo shot, it is unsourced so really should be deleted, however i have left it in place with a citation tag , please find a source for this it would be much appreciated, if nothing can be found unfortunately it will have to be deleted. yours on common ground Realist2 11:15, 4 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Blackout
There is no need for that section, also, the tracklist you added was incomplete and very incorrect.
Luv the hurt away is from 1998 and right now taste the victory is from the pepsi commercial (uk). —Preceding unsigned comment added by Thankssir (talk • contribs) 01:30, 22 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] February 2008
Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions, including your edits to The Black Album (Prince album). However, please be aware of Wikipedia's policy that biographical information about living persons must not be libelous. Any controversial statements about a living person added to an article, or any other Wikipedia page, must include proper sources. See Talk:The Black Album (Prince album)#WP:BLP violations, where policy-violating material about Prince's alleged drug use (and claims that may or may not have been made to that effect by bandmates and bodyguards) is open for discussion. Thanks! —mjb (talk) 03:11, 6 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Decade (unreleased album)
A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Decade (unreleased album), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you agree with the deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please add {{db-author}}
to the top of Decade (unreleased album). Mdsummermsw (talk) 19:12, 14 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] HEY
Hey, as you are a member of the Michael Jackson wikiproject I have some very important news for you. I will be nominating the Michael Jackson article for FA shortly and the Thriller album article is currently on the nomination list for GA. We need your help with both articles....
The Michael Jackson artice is currently on a peer review (which you can see on the articles talk page). It also really needs its references formatted correctly.
The Thriller album is going to be reviewed in the next couple of DAYS its sources need formatting.
These are the most important articles on michael jackson here at wiki, 2008 has been an excellent year for michael jackson, lets make it a good year for him here at wikipedia too. If these articles get a GA or FA statues it could make news outside of the wiki world. What a great way to celebrate the 25th year of MJ being the KING OF POP.
Please help with the sources of both these articles and in any other way you can. If you know any other people at wiki that might want to get involved let them know.Realist2 (talk) 22:32, 4 April 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:JB1223.jpg
Thank you for uploading Image:JB1223.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Polly (Parrot) 22:44, 23 May 2008 (UTC)
